Cardio Tennis is a FUN workout that combines cardiovascular exercise and tennis! It's meant to deliver a full body, calorie burning, aerobic workout!
If you're not in top shape, don't worry! Our instructors know how to tailor individual feeds and drills for all types of players! They will also give you tips on how to improve your game and your fitness! All skill levels are welcome and the hour will fly by before you know it!
Cardio Tennis is held Wednesday evenings from 6-7pm and Saturday mornings from 10-11am
