Cardio Tennis is a FUN workout that combines cardiovascular exercise and tennis! It's meant to deliver a full body, calorie burning aerobic workout.
Not only will you get a great workout, but the instructor will give you tips and instruction on how to improve your tennis! All levels are welcome and the hour will fly by before you know it!
Cardio Tennis is held Wednesday evenings from 6-7pm and Saturday mornings from 10-11am
